Philip Martinson

Philip Martinson is a Professional Engineer with over 40 years of construction design and project administration experience. He has operated as the project administrator for a range of large-scale projects including heavy civil construction, residential subdivision, design-build of site development, industrial developments, commercial developments, and waste water installations. Mr. Martinson is a hydrology expert and a seasoned seminar presenter.

After graduating from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, with a M.S. in Civil & Structural Engineering, Mr. Martinson applied his education in areas such as construction, land development, design-build projects, civil and structural engineering design, project engineering, contractor selection and project administration. Additionally, his background includes extensive work in the areas of planning approvals, entitlements, permitting, buildings, bridges, subdivisions, rock/earthwork, creek restoration, survey work, staking, estimating, scheduling, troubleshooting problem projects, technical presentations and workshops.

Mr. Martinson is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, The Construction Specification Institute, The Project Management Institute, The American Public Works Association, and The Design Build Institute of America. Mr. Martinson holds CDT, PMP, and DBIA certifications.
