Expert Witness Ethics

REGISTER

Free 1-Hour Webinar on Thursday, June 25th, 2026 at 10:00am Pacific Time

Introduction

Expert Witness Ethics is for everyone who works in the whacky world of litigation, especially the construction litigation business. We are going to have a 60-minute conversation with industry experts from the legal, insurance, and expert community. Our esteemed panel will explain the ethical responsibilities for all parties to the litigation, discuss how our values fit into the ethical rules, discuss dealing with those who have "alternative philosophies" on the subject, and tell stories about litigation with unethical parties.

An Expert Witness is "a person who is permitted to testify at a trial because of special knowledge or proficiency in a particular field that is relevant to the case." We have expertise in all aspects of the building lifecycle, plus experience in dealing with claims and litigation, so we do a lot of expert work related to buildings and construction.
