Allocation of Responsibility in Subrogation Claims

Introduction

Allocation-of-Responsibility-in-Subrogation-Claims.jpg

Sometimes responsibility for an insurance claim for property damage or injury is straight forward and there is no question about who or what is responsible; like when a driver hits a parked car. But often there IS a question! And if there is, we have a process for analyzing the claim, figuring out who should be involved, allocating responsibility, and packaging claims against those responsible parties. The analysis often includes a combination of indisputable "science" and the "art" of applying professional judgment or expert opinions. Allocation of Responsibility in Subrogation Claims is for everyone who needs to understand how the responsibility for property and injury claims should be distributed to the responsible parties. The program is for construction, insurance, legal, and property professionals; particularly those who regularly deal with property and injury claims.
