Mr. Fowler has published articles in national magazines, has been invited to speak by the most important groups in the building industry (AAMA, APRA, ASPE, ASQ, ASTM, BETEC, CAI, CLM, DBIA, ICC, NIBS, PLRB, RCI, etc.), and has composed and delivered hundreds of educational programs on building inspection & testing, estimating, quality & construction management, project management, and claims & litigation. Pete has experience with successful expert witness testimony, including Federal Court.

  • New Developments in CA Construction Law - by Peter D. Fowler, David H. Heemann and Paul Stephen Viau. Published in January 2003 for members of ASTM committee E06.51.11. Subsequently distributed to members of the Codes and Regulatory Affairs Committee of AAMA at their National Meeting in January 2003.

  • Dangers of Mold – An article published in the April 2003 issue of Window & Door Magazine, developed for use by the building industry, which summarizes the important aspects of dealing with mold in the built environment.

  • Managing Construction Projects in Oregon – I co-authored this manual with Allan Berry, PE; Paul Holma and Kevin Shuba. Published June 30, 2006 and available on amazon.com, this manual is for anyone who wants to plan and execute construction or large scale property maintenance projects.
