Trial Strategies for Winning Your Construction Case

Presented by Roseann Coughlin, Pete Fowler and Scott Rembold

2019-08-08 CLM Trial Strategies A.png

Is taking a case to trial rolling the dice or standing up to bullies? In theory, once we've realistically analyzed a claim, but the opposition won't settle for something reasonable, then we should let the jury decide. But cases that actually make it to trial are always complicated by something; or a hundred somethings. Our program explores the work necessary to analyze, evaluate, and present a complex construction claim at trial or arbitration, from insurance, legal, and expert perspectives. We will share war stories, discuss what we considered before trial, and how things worked out.

Join us for our presentation in partnership with the CLM.
