Introduction

When a structural fire results in property loss, it's up to a qualified investigator give insurance professionals the unbiased truth behind the fire's origin and cause. The number of fire claims have increased significantly over the last decade, making it more relevant and necessary than ever to be educated on how fire claims are investigated, litigated, and subrogated.

Fire Investigations is a 60-minute conversation with industry experts from the legal, insurance, and expert community in relation to fire investigation claims. Our panel will review what standards are vital to a fire investigation, advise on best methodology for conducting said investigations, deliberate how different reports communicate analyzed information, and discuss what happens when more a complicated fire claim reaches litigation.
