Expert Declarations

Introduction

Expert-Declarations.jpg

An expert’s declaration is arguably the most important part of their job. If their declaration is not rooted in facts, well written, and persuasive, then a case might have been better off without an expert to begin with. An expert may be unparalleled in experience, but without the ability to put their thoughts into words the court can use, they are not very much help!

A good declaration is well organized, easy to read, concise, backed by facts, and provides multiple reasons for why an opinion is given. This course is the closest someone can get to a cheat sheet on how to lovingly craft a declaration that is both factual and persuasive.

The information provided in this program will establish a framework of success for experts, and anyone who uses expert opinions in court. Optimize your expert declarations to be more effective, and avoid poor communication potentially hurting your case.
